chocolate chip, cranberry and walnut granola bars
yup...these are good. make'em!
4 cups organic multi-grain or plain oats
1/3 cup canola oil
3/4 cup organic grade b maple syrup
1 tsp pure natural vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried organic cranberries, preservative free
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
preheat oven to 350.
toast oats for 15 minutes. remove.
mix canola oil thru wheat germ. add toasted oats.
pour into greased baking dish and bake 25 minutes.
